Morning Huddle, Goal Setting and Tracking

Lead a "Morning Huddle" each day. All staff members were required to attend and goal expectations, actual numbers and patients scheduled for the day were discussed.

(This is the Huddle form I developed and completed every morning. Each staff member received a copy at the beginning of the meeting. This not only puts important information and discussion topics in writing, but keeps a record of information you are bound to need again.)
